A388 Unscheduled diversion.
A6-APE, An Etihad Airlines Airbus A388 just squawked 7700 and diverted into Reykjavik International.
It was going Abu-Dhabi to America, anyone know the reason for the change?
I can't imagine it was "Just for fun". Not given the extra costs.
