Driving down the M4 from London towards Wales today ( just after the Maidenhead junction about 16:30 ) I saw a strange looking biplane crossing the M4 ahead of me. On as I passed under its flightpath, now looking from the rear, I could see it was a Triplane, it had a "wing" also on the axle. Looking on google I guess this was a replica Fokker Triplane? heading for White Waltham. Never seen a Triple before. I live in Woodley nr Reading so see lots of old stuff, but this is my first Tri. As usual, no camera when driving.http://www.aviationnostalgia.com/images/smilies/frown.gif
